Jennifer Lawrence’s Hilarious Jimmy Fallon Visit

JLaw is at it again. It seems wherever the actress goes, chaos, laughter and overwhelming feelings of sadness (that we will never be her) follow. Thursday night, JLaw brought the shenanigans bus to the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The interview segment was largely an anecdote of an event the two attended, which ended with Fallon landing on Lawrence’s dark side:

“You made me look like a freak in front of JLo. Do you know what that feels like?!” She yelled at him on the show.

But this is why we love her: she’s still just as socially awkward as most of us, even though she’s super famous and has an OSCAR, as well as every other award made by man. Let’s just recap: JLaw, after downing 10 jello shooters, twirls around to ask JLo to dance with her–and JLo passed. What do you do when JLo shuts down your dance request?! Cry. I would cry. Then again, I cry at everything. Don’t even get me started on the new Eminem music video. Watch Lawrence recount the night’s epic fail:

But that’s not all. JLaw and Fallon also played a game called “Box of Lies,” which is just as entertaining. The two of them have this comedic chemistry that borders on an illegal synthetic stimulant. See who’s a better liar:

Also, JLaw, if you’re reading this: Hi, we should be friends, order Chinese take out from a sketch place with a name like Imperial Duck Three, do jello shooters, bake a cake and prank call people at 3am–or ding-dong ditch–whichever our prefer.

Oscars: Let’s hear it for Adele Dazim!

The Oscars have come so far. They truly have. I’ve been watching the Academy Awards for nearly a decade now, in the beginning because I felt obliged to and now because it’s actually (mildly) entertaining. Last night’s telecast had many great moments that are making me cope with this dreadful Monday morning a little better than usual.

First and foremost, we got introduced to Adele Dazim:

This will never not be funny. But IDINA MENZEL is a legend and killed it anyway–well, mostly, except for the grand finale note which she literally killed.

Moving on, Ellen was on fire in hosting duties, even if the pizza joke was nearly overkill. The roast of JLaw was amazing, but there was one particular bit that took the cake:

“Did I miss it?!” Ellen yelled, running out after the “Wizard of Oz” tribute ended. I can empathize. Watching childhood dreams be crushed is never easy, like when I came to terms with the fact that I would never have a twin sibling like Lindsay Lohan had in “The Parent Trap.”

Then there was that awkward moment when one lady thought she was on “The Voice.”

Lupita Nyong’o won Best Supporting Actress and I was a wreck before she even left her seat. I have become so emotionally fragile in my mid-twenties.

I also teared up because Sandy teared up.

But enough crying. There was so much to be HAPPY about! Like Meryl Effing Streep shimmying with Pharrell, and his hat.

All of the dancing had everyone hungry, so Ellen ordered pizza, and Brad Pitt was adorbz and assumed the role of paper-plate-hander-outter:

And the reoccurring fact that anything JLaw does just make us love her. See Jennifer laugh. See Jennifer breathe. See Jennifer sit. Sigh…it’s love.

Oh, and see Jennifer fall AGAIN, before she even made it inside. Maybe she’ll nominated next year in “Gravity, Why?!”

But my favorite moment will still be hanging with all of my besties, in the best selfie ever.

Quick! Chop off your hair. It’s the cool thing to do.

I missed the memo that seemingly percolated through Tinseltown: If your name is Jennifer, take an axe to your hair.

Two of Hollywood’s A-listers are sporting the new look, but in different fashions. First we have Jennifer Aniston, who selected an edgy bob from longtime hair stylist and “The Rachel” creator, Chris McMillan. Aniston said she was “ready for something new.”

Somewhere in the sky, Jennifer Lawrence posted a pic of her adorable pixie cut to Facebook while en route to Global Fan Day alongside her “Hunger Games” co-stars.

Meanwhile, the always fashionable Charlize Theron stepped out in killer winter attire reminding everyone who the baddest short-haired blonde bitch in town is. And I concur.

I think Jen-squared need to grow their hair back. J-Law looks like a suburban soccer mom now 😦

So who do you think wins the battle of battered hair?
